This week's reading "Theories of Anxiety" (Freeman & Freeman, 2012) deals with realities which make people who they are. This is often called the 'Nature vs Nurture' argument. 'Nature' is considered to be a person's inner psychological (and genetic) reality, and 'Nurture' is considered to be the direct influences of a person's environment.
