There are three possible uses of a notice period when a party has been notified of a termination.
A) To ensure that all parties have a reasonable amount of time to carry out the contract
B) To wind down and protect the site
C) To allow the terminating party to cool off
D) To permit the defaulting party to cure defaults in order to keep the contract in effect for the benefit of both partie
