I believe this is the Migrant labor thesis. Migrant labor involves unskilled and casual workers who move from one region to another offering services on a temporary or seasonal basis. The migrant workers usually don't have an intention of staying permanently in a given country or region in which they work. This has a very strong role in the spread of HIV/AIDS.
