Sarah likes to go on a jog around her neighborhood every morning right when she gets out of bed. On Thursday morning, Sarah slept in about a half hour, and she felt a bit hungry. She ate a granola bar and headed out on her jog. A few minutes in, she got a horrible cramp. Why is this? Back up your answer, and see if Sarah could have done anything different to make this jog more convenient for her.
