Respuesta :

ok so if you have a rectangle and you want to find the area you do
L*W= AREA. The area for part a is 8 because you do 4 x 2 = 8. Now you double it so now you have 8 x 4 = 36. Your ratio is 8:36 and when you simplify it you get the answer of 1:4 and the area does not double it quadruples. so your final answer is A.
