When you get down to that scale, physical size doesnt mean much. But we do know that its mass is much less than the mass of the proton. It takes about 1840 electrons to have the same mass as one proton. The charges on the electron and proton are equal and opposite. The charge on the proton is what we call positive charge. The charge on the electron is what we call a negative charge.
