Workers did not feel valued or cared for by their employers.

If an incident happened in the workplace, and say your finger was cut off, at the time the working environment was so competitive that the companies didn’t pay for damages and just got a replacement.

Workers unfortunately and sadly at the time we’re seen as disposable, and therefore did not feel cared for by their employers.
