Cost price = $( 0.05×21 + 0.74×2 + 1.09 )

Cost price = $3.62 .

Now, profit is given by :

Profit = Selling price - Cost price

Profit = $(5.50 - 3.62)

Profit = $1.88

Therefore, she will not bear any loss.
