0.25Q + .01P = 8.58
P=8Q

0.25Q + .01(8Q) = 8.58
0.25Q + .08Q = 8.58
0.33Q=8.58
Q=26

P=8(26)=208

26 quarters and 208 pennies.

0.25(26) + .01(208) = 6.5 + 2.08 =8.58
