A fractured Clavicle is the tip of your collar bone and it would not cause any sever pain or issues I the future.
The answer to this question is that fractured clavicle is a break in the collarbone, and moreover in this case sending a test request of X-Ray is important as without that the treatment can not be started. So sending a test case might affect the patient but not more then pain of fracture and its future consequences, So I will think like this and will send a Test request for a X-Ray.
