if you are wearing clothes to prevent heat from escaping your body in the winter, how do you explain wearing more clothes in the summer so that you prevent heat from entering your body?

heat won't be able to enter your body because of the thickness of wearing more clothes

Or wear light colored clothes. I think they don’t attract as much heat as dark color clothes!
