A is correct, most scientists believe in climate change so B is incorrect, and I am pretty sure that D is incorrect.

The global warming is a controversial subject because there is no way to fully assure people of the causes, and each researcher has its own beliefs on the causes and solutions.

Some people even think global warming is just something people say, and it’s not even a real thing.
