The sequence of entry of DNA/RNA becomes the sequence of entry of amino acids for proteins.

Protein synthesis is the process of converting amino acids into proteins with the help of DNA. After the RNA is formed from the transcription of DNA, the RNA will be translated into the amino acids that make up the protein.

In the formation of proteins, DNA is a code that instructs cells to produce certain proteins in the order of RNA. The coding sequence is then translated into an amino acid sequence via tRNA which is an adapter for the addition of amino acids to the end of the polypeptide chain. So the order of entry of DNA becomes the order of entry of amino acid units.
