Jax is making mashed potatoes. it takes him 15 1/2 minutes to peel the potatoes 26 3/4 minutes to boil the potaoes and 8 1/4 minutes to mash them up. what is the total amount of time it takes jaz to prepare the potatoes?

It takes jax 50 1/2 minutes to prepare potatoes. You add 15, 26, and 8 which is 49. You have a quarter and a three quarters so u add those and that equals one. Leaving you with 50 minutes and a left over half. So 50 and 1/2 minutes. (Sorry if that seems confusing)
