One reason for destructive obedience is that we are deeply ingrained from childhood to obey certain authority figures, such as parents, teachers, and police. This is due to SOCIALIZATION. Because of this, we are influenced by the people we met and people tend to follow and copy their behaviors and sometimes we do not notice that it is not correct.
