Greetings!

The formula for the area of a cylinder is:[tex] \pi r^2h[/tex]

Input the information we already know:
[tex] \pi (6/2)^2*10[/tex]

Simplify the expression. Follow PEDMAS.
[tex] =\pi (6/2)^2*10[/tex]
[tex] =\pi (3)^2*10[/tex]
[tex] =\pi (9)*10[/tex]
[tex]=28.2743339*10[/tex]
[tex]=282.743339[/tex]
Round to the tenth decimal place:
[tex]=282.7[/tex]

The area of the cylinder is 282.7 cm³.

Hope this helps.
