I agree with the other person - a significant result of the Glorious Revolution was that England became a limited monarchy.
This revolution was started in 1688 in order to overthrow King James II and bring a new king to the throne, William III of Orange. The reason for the revolution was because the king didn't allow people to practice whatever religion they wanted, so they brought a Protestant to the throne.
