The answer is D. Everything is sent through the cloud. I'm not 100% sure, but from what I'm researching it seems to be either D. or A. It involves a receiver, a place to go to be able to transmit it to the other person, though that is why I think it is D. Also, GPS tracks your location all the time so I was thinking that as well.
